Helen has been a part of the Aperio family for over 20 years. She is responsible for arranging client meetings, client account applications from start to end, responding to clients’ inquiries and helping the Aperio team with everyday support. Helen is not only responsible for Aperio’s day to day operations, but also has the most difficult role of keeping everyone at the office in line. On her down time, Helen is occupied with playing super mum and super wife for her three sons and husband at home.

Dersim is a part of the 123 Loans Group and specialises in Mortgage Administration and Office Management. Her role involves mortgage loan submissions, rapport building with lenders and clients, database management, customer file/audit requirements, customer services, and troubleshooting clients’ post-settlement needs.

As an investor herself with a young family she understands the aspects of building one’s wealth for the future.

Dersim’s over 10 year experience within administration and real estate has helped provide her clients with the upmost helpful communication and assistance during their interaction. During her time away from the office, Dersim spends her time exploring new cafes and food spots all across the state.

Mahen was inspired to follow the path of accounting after completing Certified Management Accounting (CIMA UK). He began his career as an Auditor at BDO and then move on to service (Logistics) sector as finance manager, having over 15 years of experience.

Now a Certified Practising Accountant (CPA), and specialising in taxation.
Mahen is sincere, knowledgeable and works diligently to help individuals and families make sense of their taxes and provide clear, accurate information and advice. Mahen also enjoys the opportunity to work with small business around their accounting requirements and needs.

Charlie is a part of the Tax Matters team. Charlie contributes over 30 years of accounting and customer service experience to the rest of the team at Tax Matters and Aperio.

Having worked in the areas of telecommunication, accounting, finance and property conveyancing, gives him a very good understanding of how to assist our small business clients.

Charlie has completed studies in business insurance, marketing, accountancy and is embarking upon further studies in the area of taxation to further add value to our clients’ needs and goals.
